Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations
for change of mind.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered,
contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs.

Wings can be replaced individually — if a wing is broken, we will send a
replacement part and no return is required. For any other damage, each
edition is produced in a limited quantity with no replacements held in
reserve, so we will arrange return of the piece and issue a full refund
once it is received. Return shipping in these cases is covered by us.

Items are not eligible if they have been damaged after delivery, or if
parts, accessories or the certificate card are missing.

【返品・交換について】
お客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセルはお受けしておりません。

【破損・欠陥・誤配送について】
お届けした商品に破損や欠陥がある場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた
場合は、商品到着後14日以内に写真を添えてご連絡ください。

羽については交換部品をご用意しております。羽が破損した場合は、交換部品を
お送りしますのでご返送は不要です。

それ以外の破損については、各エディションが限定数のみの生産で交換用の在庫を
保有していないため、ご返送のお手続きをご案内し、商品の到着確認後に商品代金を
全額返金いたします。この場合の返送料は当社が負担いたします。

【返品対象外】
・お客様のもとで生じた破損
・部品、付属品、証明書カードを紛失された場合
